Errors or Omissions:

3. Order & Payment

Order Confirmation:

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our secure payment gateway.
  • Once confirmed, you will receive an email with the order number, summary, and expected delivery date.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD available on select pin codes)

Failed Transactions:
In case of payment failure, you will not be charged. If the amount is debited but order is not confirmed, the amount will be auto-refunded within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations:
You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer pan-India shipping through reputed courier partners.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard delivery: 4–7 working days
  • Remote or special service areas: 7–10 working days

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999
  • For orders below ₹999, a flat ₹60 shipping fee applies

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email and SMS.
  • You can also track your order under “My Orders” on your account dashboard.

Delays and Exceptions:
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control such as natural calamities, political disturbances, or courier service interruptions. If delivery is delayed beyond 10 business days, we will inform you and offer an option to cancel with a full refund.

    5. Returns & Refunds

    We strive to ensure that you love what you buy from Urban Thread. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

    Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
    • Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

    How to Initiate a Return:

    • Email us at info@urbanthreadsbangalore.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Our team will review your request and share the return shipping instructions.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

    Refund Process:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    Exchanges:
    We currently do not support direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
